Overview

File storage behind a dedicated API

FileStore is an open-source backend service built with ASP.NET Core 3.1. It brings file upload, download, and management into a dedicated API that other applications can integrate with.

Storage configured per client

Each API client has its own storage configuration and credentials. A storage factory selects the configured provider, supporting both the local file system and Azure Blob Storage.

Authentication and persistence

The API supports JWT bearer authentication and a client credential header flow. SQL Server stores the service data, with Dapper persistence and FluentMigrator database migrations. The solution separates API, application, domain, infrastructure, and persistence concerns.
