Presenco
Workforce attendance and time-tracking SaaS connecting company administration, project assignments, mobile attendance, breaks and reporting.
ABA Soft product
Responsible for the architecture and development of Presenco, including the backend services, web administration and mobile application.
Overview
Presenco is a workforce attendance and time-tracking platform for companies managing teams across sites and projects. It brings worker administration, mobile attendance, breaks and reporting into a shared SaaS workflow.
The product combines an ASP.NET Core API and SQL Server persistence with Angular administration interfaces and an Angular/Capacitor mobile application. My work covers software architecture and full-stack implementation across these product surfaces.
My contribution
Software Architect
- Software architecture and domain modelling
- ASP.NET Core API and SQL Server persistence
- Angular company and platform administration interfaces
- Angular and Capacitor mobile workflows
- Attendance lifecycle and reporting integration
Problem & challenges
- Keeping company data isolated in a shared SaaS platform
- Representing work and break intervals consistently across web and mobile
- Handling time zones and uncertain mobile network responses
- Separating worker actions from manager and administrator responsibilities
Solution
- Company-scoped application boundaries and role-based authorization
- Server-owned attendance transitions with shared API contracts
- UTC persistence with explicit display and input time-zone handling
- Mobile feedback that preserves uncertain writes for review rather than silently retrying

Case study
Context
Companies with teams working across multiple locations need a consistent view of who is working, where attendance was recorded and how working time is reported. Presenco brings those workflows into a company-scoped attendance platform rather than disconnected spreadsheets and manual status updates.
My role
My role covers software architecture and implementation across the backend, administration applications and mobile experience. The work includes domain modelling, API contracts, persistence and the user journeys built on those contracts.
Product workflow
Administrators manage companies, workers and project assignments. Workers use the mobile experience for attendance actions. Authorized managers can inspect records and use the supported correction and manual-entry workflows. Work and break intervals remain distinct records, with reporting built from the stored attendance data.
Technical approach
The backend uses ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server with separate API, Application, Domain and Infrastructure responsibilities. Angular supplies the administration interfaces, while the mobile application uses Angular and Capacitor. Company scoping and role checks are enforced by the API rather than relying on hidden buttons in the client.
Attendance timestamps are persisted in UTC. Client displays and date inputs make time-zone handling explicit. Location-aware views show recorded coordinates only where they are available; missing location data is not replaced with an assumed position.
Reliability and boundaries
Attendance changes need care when connectivity is interrupted. Mobile workflows distinguish successful writes from uncertain results and avoid blindly repeating operations that could change working-time records twice. Authorization, validation and subscription-related responses remain owned by the backend.
Outcome
The implemented product provides connected administration and mobile attendance workflows, including worker and project management, attendance records, reporting and exports. The focus is a consistent working-time record shared by administrative and field-team workflows.
